🔄 RETURN & REFUND POLICY – KIDZOON

At KIDZOON, we strive to ensure that our customers are happy with every purchase. Each product is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are here to help.


📦 RETURNS

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The return request is raised within 7 Days of delivery only

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact

❌ We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Innerwear / hygiene-related items (if applicable)

  • Products returned after 48 hours of delivery
