  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

🚛 DELIVERY TIME

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to location, courier partner delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

💰 SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Free shipping offers, if running, will be displayed on the website

💵 CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

  • COD is available on selected products and locations

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times

  • If the order is undelivered due to incorrect address or unavailability, it may be returned to us

❌ UNDELIVERED / RETURNED ORDERS

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer unavailable

  • Refusal to accept delivery

Re-shipping will be done only after confirmation, and additional shipping charges may apply.
